Fan blade puller UK
Hello everyone,
i was wondering if anyone could possibly point me in the right direction on where to get a fan blade remover tool in the UK.
i found plenty in USA with ridiculous postage costs i cant seem to find anything to remove fan blades in the UK.
Any names of such tools here would be appreciated.
Thanks
Rik

Re: Fan blade puller UK
Normally the motors are scrapped so I take the motor off cut through the shaft dose it in wd then drive it out with a punch on a vice or over a deep reach socket works everything for me.

Re: Fan blade puller UK
yeah i know what you mean but ive been on a few sites where we've reused the fan so cutting it off the shaft and hammering it out is not always possible on site, i saw some vids on youtube where people used a fan blade remover and i thought it looked alot easier, but when i searched it all i got was american tools but after doing what FaultCode said i found loads of them.
Thanks for both your help and advice though

Re: Fan blade puller UK
I got one on ebay, just had to pay the shipping and tax from the USA, had it for seven years or so so have forgotten what it cost but still find it useful.
