could someone tell me the latent and sensitiv, heat of chocolate , because i can't find it any where, or didn't searcht enought

According to Dossat
Chocolate (for coating)
Estimated product latent heat for 24hrs storage 2.32kj/kg
Specific heat
Before freezing = 2.34kj/kg/K
After freezing = 1.26kj/kg/K
Latent Heat of Fusion = 93kj/kg
