Cheap advert with elevator music.
The first thing to do after emptying the pot is to break all the service tubes, compressor and drier.
Looks like an invitation for leaks.
Nothing beats good brazing.

I don't trust those lokring things, probably just braze the new one in. Vac the system first and fill with nitrogen, then cut pipes and braze in new components.
Mostly found in Oxfordshire, UK :)

Removing the Relay... Good luck with not receiving a sting from the start Capacitor. I don't care if the Cap had a bleed resistor or not. Capillary tube wasn't cut properly. Ongoing cooling issues.
