food chilling with water as a medium
Hi all,
does anybody has a link of producer for a food chilling equipment which uses water as a cooling medium for a food cooling. Sometimes is much easier to do it with water than with *****. any link or info would be perfect

Google Hydrocoolers. refrigeration is still needed unless you have a way to get 34 degree water from some other source.

supermarket which already has an ice ring. The chiller is 500kW and for ice resurfacing and maintaining a certain ice quality only 200kW are needed.

somewhere i have seen that fruit cooling was done in one supermarket with water. The same Principe as fan coil just water was -6 C. problem is that i cannot find any producer of this things.

You don't want to submerse the products it in the cooled water as I see it on your posted link of GF+? Your original question could be understood this way.
If so, then every brand has these coolers/coils, even in their standard range.
Guntner, Kuba, Helpman, Eco to name a few in your country.It's better to keep your mouth shut and give the impression that you're stupid than to open it and remove all doubt.
