head master inquiry
I was going thru some of our refrigeration parts at our warehouse and ran across a sporlan lac-4 100/180ds head master. i believe it can be used for r134/r12 or r-22 0r 404a. from what i gathered you break the process tube off for 100psi operation. any body used 1 of these? are they reliable?

Re: head master inquiry
TGraham,
You are correct, the LAC-4-DS is a one time adjustable valve for either high or low pressure gas. The setting of 100 is good for 12/134A and 180 is good for 22/502.
Here are the links to the Parker/Sporlan site which will supply more details.
