    Cool reclaiming R23



    Help.... hi this is the first time i have worked with R23.
    Does anyone know how you can reclaim this refrigerant.
    The unit holds about 7kgs
    The compressor has burnt out and the refrigerant is now blakc and lumpy.
    Also what do i use to flush the system out with?

    Please help

    i have problem to find R23 compressor in my country, is it possible to replace it with CO2 compressor..??
    i use R23 as a low stage, and i found at bitzer website that they have CO2 compressor products which operates at high pressure
