    They leaving the doors open or overstocking with high heat load produce?

    Other than that try and improve the efficiency of the condenser.....clear paths for airflow, fridge in best location for ventilation etc..... perhaps Williams do an upgraded fan to increase the condenser efficiency?

    I believe the industrial standard for max ambient is 40C but only Williams can tell you what it's really capable of
