Expansion valve matching

I have a 230kW evaporator (2x115kW). Would it be better to fit a TE12 with a No.7 orifice or a TE20 with a No.8? System running on 407C

Correction;

would it be better to fit (2x) TE12 No.7 (94.3kW each) or (2x) TE20 No.8 (118kW each)

I'd go with the TE20s personally. You can always wind the valves in a bit if necessary.
