Toshiba Super Multi SMi VRV addressing
20140207_095757.jpgMorning all,
I am working on numerous indoor Toshiba fan coil units -
model number of the indoor fcu's - RAV264BH.
(PLEASE SEE ATTACHED SCHEMATIC PIC TO ASSIST)
Outdoor condenser is a MAR-F105HTM8-PE on R407c with a multi controller box also installed.
I have a hard wired remote controller stating the below fault -
'check' light is flashing and indoor units 01, 03, 05 are showing 14 - -
I understand the 14 - - fault, but my question is, how do I determine which fan coil is unit 01, 03 and 05? As on the drawing the fcu's are showing as labelled 11-19?
Is there a dip switch or yellow dial on the indoor pcb showing which indoor unit is 1, 2, 3 etc?
Many thanksLast edited by Daz man; 09-02-2014 at 11:56 AM.

Re: Toshiba Super Multi SMi VRV addressing
14 - - on a SMi condenser is G-TR short circuit protection!
does anybody know what exactly the G-Tr refers to?
Then its its a case of finding which indoors the controller is meaning 01, 03, & 05

Re: Toshiba Super Multi SMi VRV addressing
Iv got one of these units with a A7 fault, suction temp exceeding 40 degrees... Looks like a valve is sticking and it's putting hot gas down the suction! Can't find the combination of the units in cooling to heating to mimic the fault
