    UK Tender

this breezed past my eyeline for a tender:

The replacement air conditioning equipment must carry as a minimum a 7
    year manufacturer's extended warranty
, which the successful supplier will
need to provide proof of with their tender submission.
Which manufacturer is giving this level of warranty??

they request a minimum of 7 years if you can't offer the 7 years manufacturers warranty you do not make the list.

Its tricky cause any problem with electric supply can and will cause problems, gas leak can accrue after a few years and I'm sure it will all come from installer pocket.

It should lead to a customer for life, warranty with installer etc.

Colleges here are insisting on 5 year minimum, but include for 2 visits per unit per year, cost agreed per year, so tends to favour larger companies.
Mostly found in the southern part of this green and pleasant land.

If the installing Company is A Mitsubishi Business Solution Partner, then those installers are able to offer a 7 year warranty on Mitsubishi equipment. Just have to find an installer to carryout this installation with this accreditation, and Mitsubishi Electric kit will have the required warranty period. And if its replacement tech, then this could be your brand.
