    Is there such a thing?

I'm looking for a low velocity blower, 13000 BTU, holding temp -10F, so a freezer application. The closer I got is an ECM 130 by Larkin (but not low velocity). Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

wow, 35 views and no suggestion, what's this world coming to? Ok, so, this is the application: baked cupcakes to be frozen for 2 weeks and not have moisture removed, no cover, just the rack rolled in the freezer. How can I achieve this?

Maybe oversize the blower and fit a vsd to the fan to drop speed, similar to a flower room maybe?

i dunno, just thought someone had better answer.....

Ceiling grids coils and natural convection air movement, cannot get much slower air movement than that

So getting this right, you have warm uncovered unfrozen cup cakes, placing them into any already cold freezer, want them to freeze with out moisture loss

walk away, as you will get some moisture loss.

well, this is what I plan on using: center ceiling mount blower with fans connected to the solenoid valve. when the box reaches desired temperature the fans will shut off, therefore minimizing the moisture loss. I believe this is the best option available and might just do it.

Spray the cup cakes with a very very fine mist of water, before entering. Freeze as quick as possible, more air over the product, so an ice glaze is produced, leaving the internal moisture within the cake.
