Fujitsu Deforst Problem

Hi There l have a customer that says the aircon always goes on deforst after around 1.5hours.
l checked it before the pressures are good, filters clean, condensing coil clean, ambiet temp fine couldnt find anything what could be the problem she says always it displays defrost?????
