York chiller parts

Can somebody advise me how to get the part nos. of a chiller system supplied to us. The manufacturer is keeping it confidential & making us difficult to get the spare parts from any other sources.
model - High Ambiant air cooled liquid chiller, YAEP, Chinese made

The handover and commissioning documents will list the part numbers, open one of the panel doors and usually there is a list of spare parts.

A word of caution though, the part numbers are unique to York and are not recognised by wholesalers etc.
If you have a model number and year i may have a list somewhere.

why you don't ask york in dubai probably they tell you something, or they will be able to deliver the spare parts you need
