we only had crayons and padded white walls at school,we wernt allowed cassettes incase we choked on it!haha

Our daughter was intrigued to see a cassette tape only a couple of weeks ago. She is 15! As for records, they may as well be something from the Victorian era.

The TDK 90's were good but the BASF 120 chrome were excellent. They all were prey to the cassette munching player or changed shape when left exposed under the windscreen.

Ha, i used bits of cardboard and squeezed em in. Forever cleaning the head and pinch roller of muck buildup. Cotton bud and metho worked well.

Now I remember from the dim past, the pencil was not just to identify the music, it was to turn the cassette to get to the exact spot when you wanted to splice the tape (as I used to do)

It's for rewinding the tape. INstead of using the battery of our walkman , maybe it was faster too !!
