denco ccu trouble
Hi,can anyone help I have several ccu's with humidifier faults arrived on site found existing bottles scaled up changed all tried to reset faults on trend excite front end. now 4 bottles dont even fill and the others are working but still show hum faults changed fill valves,checked water to unit ok.any help much obliged.model. D94. FVH and D54AVH.

I would suspect you have a fault code on the hum board.
Can you confirm what lights are flashing and the sequence.

Hello rob,thanks for reply,on hum boards I have a constant green led and a red led flashing 7 and then 8 times continuosly.cheers, ali.

Okay, it sounds like the hum board is in fault, drop me a email and i will send you the O&M for the hum board as its too big to attach here.
