URGENT mr slim R407c air con unit

Can anyone help, I have the above unit fitted into my shop in Mallorca, the compressor will not start up, the inside units both function for a while and then they stop and a red led on them flashes.
The compressor has a red and green led:
LED 1 green flashes 3 times
then
LED2 red flashes 5 times?

I don't agree with sending technical information to non technical people. He should be directed to his nearest qualified air conditioning contractor. Fixing air condioning is what they do for a living...

the way I was viewing it he can check the fault in the book but still needs an engineer to carry out the work
