TK service watch failure

Hi, i have a problem with downloading service watch to wintrac.
The unit is a SLX Spectrum with SR2 controller software C030 and wintrac 5.0.
I start downloading and wintrac counts all the blocks, when it`s finished, it just say.

Download failed Error code A0020012(No Message because language support not available)

Anyone got an idea??

I have done it on a sister unit, then it`s working fine.

i am having the same problem my laptop runs on windows 7 and i think that is the problem it used to work fine on xp
