Mitsubishi heavy industries
Help please.
I have a triple unit. Outdoor unit mod number fdc200vs
The unit runs fine for a long priod but with out warning it switches off, when you go to the remote it has no lights if you try to turn it on it will turn itself off the power led will flash for about 30sec then go off.
At this time if you run it in fan only it will run ok then after about and hour you can put it on coolin g again and it can run for about 8 hrs.
Firstly we was told it was a know fault and Mitsubishi sent us out a replecamnet filter for the invertor but this did not work we also changed the remote controller cable and have checked the gas charge all ok but still going into fault. Has anyone had the same or can advise?
Thank you

Check all your cassettes to see if you have a micro switch, on the louver panel, if so bridge them all out or you might find a plug in the lid of the indoor board, when activated this shuts the system down, can be activated by vibration, poor design, hope this is the fault
if you cant't fix it don't

Re: Mitsubishi heavy industries
Are there no fault codes displayed on controller, or flashing lights on board. Does it run ok on heating. If you have a spare controller give that a try.
