neff k4245x4gb/02 freezing up
this fridge freezer is freezing up and the fridge is warm , the lights on the pcb are working and the compressor is running ok where do i locate the thermostat thanks

If this is frost free freezer the cuse might be frost/ice cusing the problem in the freezer,could also be a loss of refigerant.
Think there is a letter missing from the model no.
If it is a frost free freezer then empty both comprtments and switch off leaving doors open for 36 hours minimum (have I answered this elsewhere?).If then the fault re appears in few weeks sensors and pcb will need checking,no thermostat,all controlled electronically.
If not frost free then its possible there is refrigernt leak,part blockage in system or poor compressor performance,engineer required for these.

yeah spimps you relied on whitegoods to this also thx , any idea where in the fridge i'll find the sensor , i see an ntc probe for one of these for sale is that the same part ?

Yes It's the no frost sensor,sits behind the inner back panel of the feezer section,switch off all trays out and screws hold the bac panel in behind which is the evaporator and sensor.
