Hotpoint Frost Free Fridge Freezer FF200E Problems
Im recently having problems with my fridge Freezer. A couple of weeks ago the freezer was left open over night to the extent where a lot of my items got defrosted. Since then it hasnt been the same.
1. Both the Superfreeze and the Superfridge buzzer goes off about once a day.
2. There is a loud noise that comes and goes.
3. But up until now the Fridge freezer was working fine.
NOW the fridge isnt working, my fridge is warm.
does it just need defrosting or could it be something else because of the alarms etc.
Otherwise from the above it still sounds the same - the motor or whatever it is still going
Could someone advise me please- Thanks

Re: Hotpoint Frost Free Fridge Freezer FF200E Problems
Turn it off for a couple of days with the doors slightly open, to give it a chance to defrost proper.
Turn it back on and see what happens, it'll either work or it won't then you can decide if its worth getting it looked at professionally or just get a new one.
Rant alert! This is the trouble with frost free stuff, they aren't frost free they are frost hidden. when the door gets left open it lets in moist air which in turn blocks the vents up and also stops the fan turning (noise?) poxy modern cr@P.
