York Shipley Compressor
Hello, I was wondering if any of you guys know this type of compressor. Vertical compressor with probably 8" x 8", 100 hP and 2 cylinders. I'm looking for specification of this compressor.
Any helpful information you guys would have about this compressor would be greatly appreciated... I've scoured the internet but everything comes up into zero..
Thank you all

Re: York Shipley Compressor
I'm not sure if this will help. I have data for the old Frick vertical compressors. The performance should be about the same for a York. An 8 x 8 had a maximum speed of 475 RPM. Displacement was 220 CFM at this speed. Nominal capacity at 10/96 F and 400 RPM was 46 TR needing 68 HP.

I've got a couple of D9's ( 6x6 ) in my area, running Curling rinks.
