Pretty sure the oil will have to be changed ive not heard of isceon 59. If it can be done let me know got a couple of Trane chillers on R22 that will need changing soon. Trane do have a technical department but they always seem to be busy or out of the office try ringing 01925623660 and they should find you somebody to talk to
