Coffin Freezer????
I was at the supermarket the other day with a few of my mates and one said to me why is the top of this warm. It was the aluminium strip that is on top of the glass panels that are on coffin freezers. I thought to myself Im not really sure but told him they have an element in there to stop it from getting really cold. Is anyone able to shed some light as to why this aluminium strip was warm???
cheers everyone
chris.

Re: Coffin Freezer????
You were right, there is a heater there.
If there weren't the metal parts would become freezing cold and generate condensation and maybe even ice.
