Ashrae standard 15
Does anyone know the maximum pressure that can be applied to an evaporator for a leak test according to ASHRAE standard 15?

Re: Ashrae standard 15
.
I notice that you are in the EU (Greece).
ASHRAE standards can be obtained, of course, from ASHRAE direct, but they don't have any applicability in the EU, unless you are exporting the equipment for use in countries outside the EU where ASHRAE is demanded.
The appropriate standard in the EU for pressure testing refrigeration components is EN 378. You will need Part 2.
You will be able to check if a Greek language version is available from the Greek standards organisation. http://www.elot.gr/
