Re: Fujitsu Engineer urgently needed (Please help)
Thanks Chill,
Unfortunately so did you hit the nail on the head there
I know which boards I need, Fujitsu knows which boards I need, yet they have supplied the wrong ones twice now
(and with a couple of weeks delivery time in between, needless to say, the end-user ain't happy)
But thank you anyway.

Re: Fujitsu Engineer urgently needed (Please help)
I had this fairly recently on a Fujitsu under ceiling unit. It took Fujitsu (or Climate centre) over 11 weeks before we finally got the correct part.
And in the meantime, all we got was grief from the customer as the unit was in their "Test Facilty" which ran quite warm without cooling.
Good back-up is so important to keep good customer relations - unfortunately, this is one of the reasons why I don't use Fujitsu, even though it is a cheaper brand and I could win more work based on price.
It's just that I don't like my customers thinking I'm crap at sorting out the problems when the A/C breaks down.

Re: Fujitsu Engineer urgently needed (Please help)
most fujis have an 'ez' code on the pcb, that identifies the PCB exactly. If you have the old board look for that identifier.
It's an 'ez' designation printed on the board or on a sticker down here anyway, might have a different code there.
But knowing that code, you always get the right board from fujitsu.
