Download the tech 2 for the older ras10fs, there is a commisioning sheet in the back of the book.

That or buy a service checker (about 2grand though) from hitachi and you can logg the system during test run and it will print you off a report.

Alternativly , you can make your own sheet up and log all the details yourself.
