IMI WM 60 Wall Mount R407c

I dont know much about IMI units, normally they are pretty simple. The other day I was called to a unit that wouldn't run. There was no cooling signal to condensor. I found the pump, float etc faulty and replaced. The indoor fan runs fine, stat seems ok and all wiring seems spot on. Does anyone have any experience with these units or any ideas of what could cause this.

Have you tried a full reset of the system; power off and on again?

Don't know that particular unit but are you getting any fault codes from the indoor unit?

You say that the float and pump were faulty, what about the pump board? Are you getting a signal through the board?
