Hello all.
Just passing through and hoping somone can help me.
I need some collars for Toshiba cassettes, you know the ones you need when you havn't measured the ceiling void properly
.
I know 3dair do them for MHI cassettes, but where can i get them for Toshiba's?

Hi Eggs,
Toshiba don't do collars for the cassettes - never have done. It's not a great idea to 'drop' cassettes below the ceiling (unavoidable in some cases I know) as they use the co-ander effect to carry the discharge air further into the room.
I guess you'll have to have a collar made up by a joiner.

Thanks for the input. I now have a source of colour matched collars for all the "quality brands". If anyone else needs some, i will gladly flog them to you at a reasonable price.
