    Stonegate programmable step controller

    Hi All
I am looking for a more detail on the stonegate controller.
I have the basic pdf off the stonegate website but would really like more detail on controlling setup of three compressors with this controller.

Which model controller have you got. This sort of information helps get better answers.

    Re: Stonegate programmable step controller

Supposing the three compressors are the same, set the dipswithes like this
    000000
    000001
    000011
    000111
and the last step is n.4

If the three compressors are different (1 smaller than 2 smaller than 3), then setup like this
    000000
    000001
    000010
    000100
    000101
    000110
    000111
and the last step is n.7

    [continue from above]

Control is done via a differential pressure switch. When the switch recognize an increase in pressure, the controller reduces capacity, the otherway when pressure reduces. When pressure settles in the neutral zone, capacity is kept in position.
