Natural stratification Tank

I am installing a natural stratification tank for thermal storage energy during off-peak hours or demand, the figure I have at hand for chilled water tank volume is 11-21 [ft^3/ton-hr].
Any additional information is much appreciated in the final design, and typical suppliers of this type of tank

How big is your application?

The only working application I have seen, is in the Bell Trinity towers. They had to custom design their tank, as it cooled 2 large office buildings. I am fairly certain that it was a Honeywell job.
