Pc board on York PE Units
how can I check a pc board on a package unit.

If you have the service manual for the unit it will probably give you the resistance value of the thermistor sensors which are some of the inputs to the pcb.
If you have an idea of what is not happening...ie what output is not changing, then with the pcb out of the unit, the Mk 1 eyeball might spot a poor joint or overheated component.
Obviously check any fuses..,continuity of solenoid coils....have you checked the power supply?
Failing that...substitution of the board.
