    Mitsubishi Hyper 2,5 Kw

    Hi a/c egineers

I had a question from a costumer for a satteleit unit with a cappacity of of 2 Kw - air flow 500M3/h static presure 25 Pa- COP4 and a inpout 400 Watt

I looked but there is no standaard unit on the market

Now I toke the outdoor unit of a mitsubishi Hyper unit and build the printing board from the inside unit in our new sateleit indoor unit and make a test unit.
    Now the following is happend.

When i don not use the standaard indoor motor, the print is giving a failer. I use a other evap fand (220 Volts) because i need a static pressure of 25 Pa.
What can i do with the print so that it worked with out the standaard fan.
Now i put the standaard fan in the unit so it can work.

When the unit is running on 7.5 Bars (R-410a) mine inpout is 1100 Watts thats much to high my COP is to low.
When i lower the suction to 4 bars my inpout is 375 Watts and my unit give a capicity of about 1800 watts thats ok.

can somebody tell me what i'm doing wrong and can help with this unit.
When the unit is working properly i can sell about 300 units each year to resorts all over the world

i hope somebody can give some answers

    jan willem

PS i hope you can read my bad englisch
