    Sabroe 202 LM

    Hello

Has anyone seen an issue with a Sabroe 202 LM not being fully unloaded on shutdown?

No, as long as it unloads fully before start up. Has spring to unload it. What type of indication do you have for slide valve?Does it need calibration?

Yes I have seen that issue when slide valve has a quick movement, magnetic coupling of the indicator is shifted. The issue is that you reach 0% with a wrong indication but you don't reach 100% as indicated (depending of the control)

Cricri, Good point, have had this happen as well Can test that by removing indicator glass & turning to unload position. If you run up & does same thing, then magnetic coupling needs replacing. If LPI, then that’s another story.

    Good Morning

Firstly, thank you for taking the time to read and reply!

Turns out the compressor was fully unloaded and the indicator was stuck showing a false reading of being 88% loaded.

Thanks again cirri & RANGER1 - Have a nice day guys!
