I’m considering purchasing an ice cream machine for my home and wanted to get some advice from those with experience. Specifically, I’m looking at soft serve machines and am curious about which brands or models you recommend.

I've seen options from Taylor and Carpigiani, but I'm open to other suggestions. Additionally, if anyone has experience with ice cream cart rentals, how do they compare to owning a machine? Any feedback on reliability, ease of use, or maintenance would be greatly appreciated
