    Dear cricri,
don't have high expectations, after about 1000 hours of operation you have the problem back, please look for another way.

    cricri,
To me just another possibility to reduce oil consumption.
I think kit also includes oil from relief valve diverter.
Obviously if it had a coalescer oil separator check that.
How much oil is it using?
A few that were problems was oil return pressurising sump, pushing oil out internal equalising ports.
Try closing oil return to see if it improves.
To me a float valve is best & reliable.
Sabroe & Mycom seem to not like floats for some weirdo reason.

Thanks Josef and Ranger for your inputs.
It's not a field issue for me, I'm retired! My old collegues asked me my opinion about this kit and I had none.
Your company has been sold by GEA to an other competitor so now we can switch to other brands instead of Grasso.
after 30 years using Grasso piston compressors you can understand that oil consumption is a new subject for them....
    Thanks again
