HCF Refrigerants what does that mean.

Hi - probably HFC = HydroFluoroCarbon. Good for the ozone layer because there's no chlorine or bromine in there, only hydrogen, fluorine and carbon (CFC = ChloroFluoroCarbon). Not so good for global warming because fluorine in the atmosphere absorbs heat that would otherwise radiate out to space, hence the introduction of f-gas (= fluorinated gases) regulations.
