    whirlpool side by side problems



    Hi, Iam new to this forum and am in need of some advice. The fridge/freezer is not staying cold and ice is forming at the back of the freezer on what looks like an element??? (Sorry I am not at all technical- I leave that to the husband) Does anyone know of a good technician in the Cardiff area? Hoping for some help. Thanks
