MitsubishiP5
Hello,
i recentley took advice on here on how to deal with a P5 error code on a mitsubishi air con unit. I have emptied both bung plugs of the water and reattached the panels.
It worked for about 45 minutes then just shut down again.
Flashing P5 then 02?
Any help would be much appreciated as it is warm as here in the bar
thanks
Paul

Re: MitsubishiP5
have you removed and cleaned the drip tray and have you checked the lift pump is working

Re: MitsubishiP5
I think you should check the Float Switch. The float switch is a safety feature that detects water levels and can trigger the P5 error if there is an issue. Locate the float switch (usually near the drain pan) and check if it is stuck or not functioning properly. Gently move the float switch up and down to see if it moves freely.
