30HXC EXV oil in it?
Hi!
I just got to work (I work on offshore accommodation facility) and found one unit without charge and oil in EXV.
Can someone exlane to me how oil got to there?
I am marine engineer and not a HVAC but do know the basics.

Oil is always circulating in the whole system... No refrigerant... leak, never filled... Pressurize and determine if leak tight
It's better to keep your mouth shut and give the impression that you're stupid than to open it and remove all doubt.
