    Question Toilet extract info

    Afternoon all,

This is not a/c but its the closest option for what I need.

Can/Does anyone know what the minimum airflow is for a office toilet extract?

I was asked to look at the extract as it wasn't working and I found 1 fan pulling 0.41m/s and the other pulling 1.71m/s we replaced the fan and now both are pulling 1.71m/s
The fan unit is 25mtrs from the toilet extract vents I'm just after some information on if its okay or if it's below minimum as if so they want a booster fan installed in the toilet.

Any information or guidance is much appreciated

    Re: Toilet extract info

It's not based normally for commercial systems on m3/s but on room air changes. Domestic extract rates are given in Part F Building Regs
Heres a link to view the latest regs https://www.gov.wales/building-regul...-f-ventilation
