    Arneg Upright Remote Freezer Issue

I've not had much to do with these upright glass door remote freezers, I know a lot of people who have ended up getting rid of them due to persistent issues. It's a 5 door Upright display freezer with a remote unit outside. The model is Brema-5.

Basically the whole bottom of the cabinet is sweating and dripping on the customers floor. Just seeing if anybody has come across this before with these type of cabinets.
The defrost was set up to terminate at +18 degrees C coil temp. I changed that to +8 and customer has said the dripping isn't as bad. There are no blocked drains and the evaporator coil is clear, also the defrost heaters aren't stuck on etc. A bit baffled by it and wonder if anyone who works on these a lot has come across it before.
    Thanks in advance

Have you checked the door seals?
