    Zanotti 20s high pressure

hi I have a zanotti 20s type of gas r404 and from the label I read 1.10 KG I change the deindrator filter I replace the orifice I do a vacuum and load the system at start-up I realize that in high pressure it works at 25 bar and in low pressure 7 bar kvl pressure 2,8 bar it is 20 minutes active after high pressure goes into error the liquid indicator is not full but in the middle what can it depend on? condenser all in all clean thank you in advance i'm using translator i don't speak english very well i hope i was clear

    Hello.

Your English is better than my Italian .

Assuming you did not contaminate the system when you broke the vacuum?

Is the condenser fan spinning at the correct speed?

    Do a standing test.
Stop the machine with your gauges attached and let it totally equalise in pressure with the
ambient temperature. If the pressure shown on the gauges is higher than the saturation temperature
of the refrigerant at the ambient temperature it is stood in, there is air inside the system.

    R404A at 28degC is about 12bar.

Did you put pure R404A in?
404A does lose some of its blend if it has a leak.
R404A is made of 3 refrigerants and the R134a part always leaks first which de-stabilises the pressure.

Is it possible the gas you put in was used and came from a system that had a leak?
