Freezer room - Problems

I am new from South Africa and need some help.

Now and then I get I dumb idea. The latest one was to buy an ice business.

My main problem is the freezer room. I got so called "professionals" to move a 6 x 3m freezer room to the new location.

A job that was supposed to take 2 days took them 7days and it still does not drop below -5degC. it drop to - 5, the pipes inside freezes up, when I run the defrost mode the temp will rise to +5, then drop to -5 again on next cycle.

Got a second opinion and was told it was the wrong gas, he replaced the gas that cost a arm and a leg, but still same issue.

The setup is exactly the same as previous location where it ran easy -15. The only thing a noticed is at some spots outside the freezer I can feel a cold breeze.

Sounds like room is not sealed correctly, turn off light outside, put bright light inside and see what happens.
