Thermo King SR2/SR3 Controller problem Part.nr.: 45-2617

Hi everybody,
i´m new in this communitiy. i hope this is the right forum

I´ve got a problem with an TK SLXe Spectrum controller.
Unit got a shortcut on the electric motor 480VAC but still worked in diesel mode.

After e-motor been changed the system doesn´t boot. you can switch on the unit but after a short time display show : some features are not avilable and something with lost contoller connection and system switches off and reboots with the same massage "some features are not available" an lost Controller connection.
All fuses are checked i actually don´t know what i can check else???
