Have you cleaned the strainer in the expansion valve?

    Is the evaporator coil clean?

Are the evaporator fans working correctly?

Yes. From electric compressor the unit is working well: start at 18.00 with +28 celsius and finish 22.00 with -2 celsous.
Do yout hink the road compressor will be wrong?

What are the running pressures on electric when the box is at +28 Deg C?

Check for restrictions upstream of where you have your gauge connected, maybe there is a check valve that seperates the electric compressor from the road compressor.

I take off the condensator fan and running from road compressor. It only make 22 bars, and no A02 alarm fault.

I think the road compressor not strong enough.

The pressure the road compressor makes will be affected by the ambient temperature, engine rpm and how much refrigerant is flowing into the compressor. If the engine is only at idle rpm it wont seem as strong as the electic compressor.

If you take the running conditions of the unit running on the electric compressor, but also of it running on road compressor at idle rpm, and on road compressor with the engine rpm held up at 2000 rpm (assuming its a diesel van).

    - Refrigerant type (R404a ?)
    - Suction pressure
    - Suction temperature
    - Discharge pressure
    - Discharge temperature
    - Liquid line temperature
    - Condenser air on temperature
    - Evaporator air on temperature
    - Evaporator air off temperature
    - Liquid line sight glass (Full of liquid / half full / bubbles / fast flow / slow flow)

See if the electric running conditions are different from the road conditions, to try locate the problem being common to them both or only to the road compressor.

Found the problem, and already solved. The bottom compressor work not well. Since the change it is work very good. Thank you for helping me out!!

With 2000rpm the high side was only on 25bars.
