There is no freely available software for this. You can use the Carrier Network Service Tool 33CNNSTKIT-01, just search it on Google. Current official retail price is somewhere around $3,000, I bought it used on E*ay for $900. A very convenient tool that Carrier technicians also use. There used to be a browser-based application that required an ALC converter, which you could rent from Carrier as a case (service partners only). I wish you success
