Problem with commercial refrigerator! Mist like in sight glass???

Hi,
I have problem with one commercial refrigerator with danfoss 120F0002 external compressor, before few days it was fully charged with 404A and oil and now it generate more cold air but also it generate too much noise and when is very hot outdoor it sometimes stop to work many times because pressure switch power it off!

Also when I check sight glass almost immediately after compressor start inside it look like mist, please check video:

That sightglass looks like froth which shows a gas shortage, does it clear after running for a short while?

Why was the gas replaced, was there a leak and if yes was it repaired?

No, it stay all time like you can see in video, only few seconds after start I can see something like liquid if I good remember...

Yes, gas leak is reason and they fixed it (I hope), some tiny hole on some valve...

It now working good (cooling is very good) but noisy (compressor generate a lot vibration) but when outdoor temperature go up pressure switch power it off/on/off/on...and also sight glass do not look good...
They said that I have this problem because I have undersized condenser but I do not now is it true...

It could be a faulty expansion valve, there are a number of possibilities unfortunately which are hard to see from here.

Well for me also something look very bad because compressor sound like working at very high load with too much vibrations and also using a lot more power than usual...also in just few seconds I have very hot air from condenser.

Can problem be orifice for expansion valve? They used this:
