Dripping water from the evaporator coil
Hello. I have a Stulz CSD442A model 38000 kcal dual circuit air conditioner with r407 refrigerant. The problem is that it draws water drops from the evaporator and creates a water leak. No icing, no clogged drains. The air flow is created by a 5kw 3-phase motor rotating the fan. What do you think is causing the problem?

Re: Dripping water from the evaporator coil
The airflow through the coil is above 2.5m/s resulting in moisture carry over.
In cases like this you need to install moisture eliminator blades. Quite common funtion when the fan is sized too large for the coil.

Re: Dripping water from the evaporator coil
could it be something else? Because there are more than one of these air conditioners and only a few of them have this problem. What kind of knives are these blades you are talking about, can you give a link?
Thanks...
