    Sabroe 163 MK1 skid

Sabroe 163 Mk1 compressor I'm having trouble maintaining fixed capacity and oil return from the coalescing filter.

    - we overhaul, replace all seals and vbrunize the shirt.
    - checked the control valves and the unisab II
    - We removed a tube that connects the return of the oil from the coalescer to the capacity control, the same when the equipment is turned on, when it starts and puts load. when I remove the connection from the coalescer tube it fixes in the desired position. However, I cannot leave the equipment without a return tube. Does anyone have the Sabroe 163 MK1 manual with the pipes or an indication of how to solve this defect?

    Diego,
Does oil return from coalesces tee into return line from unloader solenoid before going into suction of compressor?

Oil return needle valve should only be opened enough until you see gas or oil flow in sight glass.
    2-3 turns maximum.

Exactly the return of the oil from the coalescer is interconnected to the unloading cylinder of the capacity by tee, however in this condition the equipment when it starts immediately it starts to load itself. Eliminating the return point of the coalesce it does not put capacity alone, I will adjust the angle valve in this way to test

    Grateful

    Diego,
Apparently on this older package there is a orifice in oil return line, so a bit confusing, unless it was removed.
Check your email for a picture of it
