    Samsung DVM- AC fault



    Hi a colleague of mine has been to a site today working on a Samsung DVM system model no: RVXVRT100GE. He has encountered a fault code of e 562. only info we found on this is outdoor unit RA(ROOM AIR) FAN RPM. Unfortunately we cant find any more info on this.
    the rest of the rooms connected to this VRV system are doing what they should be doing just this one room that isn't.

    Any help would be appreciated, we both lack knowledge of Samsung as it is not something we work on at all, and there doesn't appear to be any sort of technical helpline or the likes.

    Can't say that I've worked on a Samsung VRF. Played with the smart central controller though - nice bit of kit.
